GOOD LUCK ROCKETRY PROVIDES VENDOR SUPPORT

Bernie Lalime (Good Luck Rocketry) has supported SRA for many years, however he has announced that he will no longer be providing on-site support. Bernie will continue to be a supplier for SRA and he will fulfill orders via e-mail. No shipping or Haz-Mat fees will be incurred. Bernie will transfer ordered items to one of the SRA members who see him on a regular basis at the NEFAR launch (second Saturday) and they will deliver the items at the SRA launch the following week. Payment arrangements will be worked out between Bernie and the purchaser.

NEXT SCHEDULED LAUNCH

The next SRA launch is scheduled for Saturday March TBD, 2018 at the new SRA-Primary Launch site. You can get at map showing the directions on the Club Web Page “Contact Us/Request Directions”. The launch statue is kept up-to-date on the Launch Status Page of the web site. If you would like email notification all you have to do is sign-up on the “Contact Us” page and “Request Notifications”.

FEBRUARY 2018 LAUNCH REPORT

It was a great day at our new launch site. The weather was warm with temperatures approaching 84°F some winds up to 8 mph. Since the new area is so open we only lost 2 Mosquitoes and one Scout rockets to the grass. There were approximately 24 fliers that made a total of 47 recorded flights. The total impulse for the flights was equivalent to a M motor or 8347 single A motors.
